Acceptable Use Policy

1. Age and eligibility

VibeRizz is for adults only.

• You must be 18 or older to create a profile or use any part of the service. You attest to this when you create your profile, and we record the time of that attestation.
• We may ask for proof of age or identity if we have reason to doubt it, may require verification through a third-party provider, and may pause an account until verification is complete. Refusing verification can result in removal.
• If we learn that a member is under 18, we remove the account and its data immediately, except records the law requires us to keep, and, where the law requires, report it.
• Do not create a profile for, or on behalf of, a minor, and do not describe yourself as a minor or portray a minor in any profile content.
• You may not use VibeRizz if you have been convicted of, or pleaded no contest to, a felony or indictable offense (or a crime of similar severity), a sex crime, or any crime involving violence, the threat of violence, or the exploitation of another person (for example trafficking, extortion, or abuse of a child, elder, or dependent adult), unless that conviction has been expunged, sealed, set aside, or pardoned, or if you are required to register as a sex offender with any authority. This is your promise to us: we don't run criminal background checks, and we can remove anyone we reasonably believe doesn't meet it.
• You may not use VibeRizz if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions, or if you are on a US government restricted-party list such as OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals list.

2. Illegal acts

You may not use VibeRizz to plan, commit, promote, or facilitate anything illegal where you or the other person is or lives, or in the United States.

• This includes fraud, money laundering, identity theft, drug or weapons trafficking, and violence or threats of violence.
• Using VibeRizz to arrange anything illegal is itself a violation, even if nothing happens on the platform.

3. Human trafficking, sex trafficking, and commercial sex

Zero tolerance. An account used for any of this is closed on the spot and reported where the law calls for it.

• No human trafficking of any kind, including sexual exploitation and forced labor: recruiting, transporting, harboring, advertising, buying, selling, or obtaining any person for those purposes, or helping anyone else do so. We may report suspected trafficking to law enforcement without waiting for a request, and we do so wherever the law requires.
• No facilitation of sex trafficking: using VibeRizz to arrange, advertise, or recruit for commercial sexual activity, or to connect anyone with it.
• No prostitution, escort services, 'sugar' arrangements, or any offer, request, or arrangement that exchanges sex, companionship, or intimate content for money or anything of value. VibeRizz is not a marketplace for companionship or adult services. Ordinary dating, like picking up the bill, isn't what this means.
• No aiding, abetting, encouraging, arranging, glorifying, or giving instructions for abuse of any person: sexual, physical, domestic, emotional, or financial. This includes coercive control, grooming, and the exploitation of anyone in a vulnerable position.

4. Child sexual exploitation and abuse

Zero tolerance, no exceptions, no warnings.

• No sexual content involving minors in any form: images, descriptions, role-play, or 'aged-up' portrayals of minors, including AI-generated, edited, or synthetic imagery. No sexualization of a minor.
• No asking for or seeking access to minors, and no attempt to contact, groom, or meet a minor through VibeRizz, including through another member.
• We report apparent child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as US law requires, preserve the evidence the law requires, and cooperate with law enforcement.

5. Sexual violence and non-consensual content

• No sexual violence of any kind toward anyone you meet through VibeRizz, on or off the platform: no sexual assault, rape, coercion, drugging, or sexual contact without clear and ongoing consent. A credible report of sexual violence closes the account immediately and is referred to law enforcement.
• No content that depicts, threatens, solicits, promotes, or glorifies sexual violence, rape, or sexual assault, and no jokes that make light of it. Talking about your own experience or your boundaries is not a violation.
• No sharing, requesting, or threatening to share intimate images or sexual content of anyone without their clear consent, including images of a former partner, and including AI-generated, edited, or 'deepfake' intimate images of a real person. This is banned whether or not the person is a member.
• No sextortion: threatening to share intimate images or private information, or demanding money, sex, or anything else under such a threat.
• No sexual harassment: sexual messages, images, or advances directed at someone who hasn't clearly welcomed them, and no continuing after someone has said no or stopped replying.

6. Sexually explicit profile content

Profiles and photos are seen by other members and by our AI agents. Keep them non-sexual.

• No nudity, no sexually explicit images, and no images that focus on genitals, buttocks, or breasts, including see-through clothing and 'implied nude' shots, in profile photos or anywhere in the profile. Swimwear or underwear photos are allowed only where the setting is ordinary (a beach, a pool) and the framing isn't sexual.
• The same rule applies everywhere else on VibeRizz: no nudity or sexually explicit photos, text, or agent content in match chats, agent conversations, or check-ins.
• No sexually explicit descriptions, including kink or fetish content described in sexual detail, and no solicitation of sex, in bios, interests, preferences, or agent instructions.
• No links to, or promotion of, pornographic sites, adult-content subscriptions, or cam services.
• Automated checks withhold disallowed content; anything that gets through is removed when found and may close the account.

7. Scams and fraud

Anything designed to take money, information, or trust from another member is prohibited.

• No romance scams or any scheme intended to defraud members: fabricated emergencies, investment or crypto 'opportunities', fake businesses, or any request for money, gifts, gift cards, wire transfers, or payment-app transfers.
• No requests for financial information, passwords, one-time codes, government ID numbers, or account access, and no phishing links.
• No fake profiles, stolen photos, or lying about your identity, age, or location, and no AI-generated or heavily altered images presented as photos of you.
• No inducing anyone to move to another platform to continue a scam.

8. Harassment, hate, and threats

• No harassment, bullying, stalking, or intimidation, on or off the platform, including after a match or a chat ends.
• No threats of violence, and no content that encourages or glorifies violence or self-harm.
• No hate speech: attacks or slurs based on race, color, ethnicity, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, immigration status, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, medical condition, age, or any other characteristic protected by law. Preferences are allowed; hostility is not.
• No doxxing: publishing or threatening to publish someone's private information, such as their address, phone number, workplace, or identity documents.

9. Platform integrity

• One account per person, used by that person. No shared, duplicate, sold, or transferred accounts, and no accounts for businesses, bots, or research.
• No impersonating another person, a business, or VibeRizz itself, and no claiming an affiliation you don't have.
• No using VibeRizz to recruit for pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing, or for advertising, selling, or anything commercial.
• No spam or mass unsolicited messages, and no automated access, scraping, or crawling.
• No attempts to make any AI agent ignore its rules or these policies, for example by writing instructions to it in your profile, and no use of your agent or 'Ask their agent' to do anything prohibited here.
• No interfering with the service: probing or bypassing security, overloading it, or circumventing a suspension by creating a new account.

10. Reporting and enforcement

We review every report, safety first.

• Use Report on any profile or message that seems fake, spammy, abusive, or unsafe, and Block to make two members invisible to each other. We don't tell a reported member who reported them. Don't use reports to retaliate; abusing the reporting system is itself a violation of this policy.
• For trafficking, commercial sex, abuse of any person, child sexual exploitation, sexual violence or non-consensual content, threats of violence, and scams intended to defraud members, we act immediately: the account is closed without notice, evidence is preserved, and we cooperate with law enforcement.
• For other violations we may remove content, warn, limit features, suspend, or close the account, depending on severity and history. If we close your account for breaking this policy, unused subscription time and tokens are forfeited to the extent the law allows (see 'Refunds' and 'California members: your right to cancel' in the Terms), and you may not return under a new account without our permission.
• We act in good faith on what we reasonably believe, based on reports, our guardrail logs, and the content itself; we don't wait for a court to decide. If we limit or close your account and you think we got it wrong, email hello@viberizz.com within 30 days and we'll take a second look.
• Intimate images shared without consent: if an intimate image of you appears on VibeRizz without your consent, whether or not you're a member, email hello@viberizz.com with where it appears (or a description) and a statement that you didn't consent. We remove it, and any identical copies, within 48 hours of a valid request.
• We are not a substitute for emergency services. If you or someone you meet is in danger, contact local emergency services; in the US, call 911, or 988 for a crisis line.
