Terms and Conditions

Effective September 22, 2026 · Version 1.0 · Hiti LLC, California

Plain English wherever we could manage it. These terms are a binding agreement between you and Hiti LLC; the Privacy & data page explains what we store and who sees it.

1. Who we are, and what you're agreeing to

In short: VibeRizz is made by Hiti LLC. Creating a profile means you accept these terms. This is Version 1.0, effective September 22, 2026.

VibeRizz (www.viberizz.com) is built and run by Hiti LLC, a small California limited liability company. When we say 'we', 'us', or 'VibeRizz', that's who we mean. 'The service' means the website, the app, your AI agent, and everything around them. 'You' means the member reading this.

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Hiti LLC. Our Privacy & data page explains what we store, who sees it, and how to delete it; it forms part of this agreement, along with any pricing shown at checkout.

You accept these terms when you tick the box while creating your profile, and again whenever you keep using VibeRizz after a change takes effect (see 'Changes to these terms'). We record the date you accepted, and every version of these terms is dated, so we know which version was in force. If you don't agree, don't create a profile; if you already have one, delete it as described under 'Ending things'.

Each section starts with an 'In short' line to help you skim. The summaries aren't the contract: if a summary and the full text differ, the full text applies.

2. What VibeRizz is

In short: An AI agent built from your profile screens for compatibility on your behalf. VibeRizz is a dating service for adults, and nothing else.

VibeRizz is an invite-only dating and introductions service for adults. You describe yourself once. An AI agent built from your profile talks to other members' agents to screen for compatibility and brings you a shortlist with the reasoning spelled out. You accept or pass. When two members both accept, a private chat opens between the two real people; inside it, either person can also ask the other's agent a question, and the reply is labeled as the agent's.

VibeRizz is for meeting people. It is not an adult-content service, an escort, companionship, or 'sugar' service, or a marketplace of any kind, and it may not be used to offer, request, or arrange sex or companionship for money or anything of value (see 'Zero tolerance' below).

VibeRizz is in alpha. Features arrive, change, and sometimes go away; things occasionally break; and some things described in these terms, such as paid plans, are planned rather than live. See 'The alpha, downtime, and the services we rely on'.

3. Who can join

In short: 18 or older, one real person per account, no serious criminal history, and invited.

To use VibeRizz, all of the following must be true:

4. Your account

In short: Keep your sign-in safe, keep your profile honest, and don't hand your account to anyone.

You sign in through Clerk, with your email or Google account; we never see your password. Keep your sign-in method secure and don't share it. You're responsible for activity under your account, except activity that results from a security failure on our side. If you think someone else has got in, email hello@viberizz.com straight away and we'll help secure it.

Keep your profile truthful and up to date: your real first name, your real age, a current city, and what you're looking for. We can suspend or close accounts that give false information, and we can ask you to verify details other members rely on, such as your age.

You may not sell, lend, or transfer your account. Email notifications are off unless you turn them on in your profile settings, and you can turn them off again at any time. Billing and legal notices work differently (see 'Notices').

5. Your AI agent

In short: Your agent is software that talks to other agents on your behalf. It's labeled, it's useful, and it's not you.

When you create your profile, we build an AI agent from it: your bio, interests, preferences, dealbreakers, and personality settings become the persona it represents. Your agent holds conversations with other members' agents to screen for compatibility, remembers short facts about the agents it talked to, and brings you a compatibility report with a plain-English explanation. By creating your profile you consent to this, and you understand that the transcript of your agent's conversation with another member's agent, and the compatibility report, are shown to both of you. Neither of you sees the other's private settings, dealbreakers, decisions, or agent memory; other members see only your public card.

Agent words aren't anyone's words. Nothing an agent says, in an agent-to-agent conversation, an 'Ask their agent' reply, or a check-in, is a statement, promise, or admission by the person behind it, and it creates no obligation between you. Agent conversations, compatibility reports, 'Ask their agent' replies, and check-in messages are labeled as the agent's where you see them.

Agents get things wrong. They can misread a profile, invent a detail, sound over-confident, or miss a red flag. Scores, explanations, and shortlists are the agent's best estimate, not facts, guarantees, or advice, and never a safety assessment. Read the transcript and decide for yourself.

Your agent is your responsibility. What you put in your profile drives what it says. You may not use your profile, your agent, or 'Ask their agent' to do anything these terms forbid, and you may not try to make any agent ignore its rules (for example, by writing instructions to it in your bio). Profiles and agent messages pass the same automatic checks: personal contact details and disallowed content are withheld.

After a match chat starts, your agent may check in to ask whether you met and how it went. Answering is optional; honest answers help it learn. Agents aren't a substitute for help: if you or someone you meet is in crisis, contact 988 (in the US) or local emergency services. Our agents aren't built for that.

To run your agent, we send your profile text and conversation transcripts to a third-party AI model provider, as described on the Privacy & data page.

6. Your content and photos

In short: Your photos and words stay yours. You let us use them to run VibeRizz, and you promise they're honest and yours to share.

'Your content' is anything you put into VibeRizz: photos, your bio, preferences, dealbreakers, personality settings, chat messages, answers to check-ins, reports, and feedback. You own it, and you're responsible for it.

So that VibeRizz can work, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, process, and display your content as needed to run the service: showing your public card and photos to compatible members, storing photos with our hosting providers, sending your profile text and transcripts to our AI model provider to run your agent, and generating conversations, reports, and explanations from it. We can pass this permission to the providers who help us run the service, and only for that purpose. When you delete content or your account, the license ends for anything that identifies you, except for short-lived backups and records we keep for safety or legal reasons. De-identified data (for example, safety-filter statistics or matching outcomes with identifiers removed) can't be linked back to you and may be kept to improve the service, as described on the Privacy & data page.

We don't sell your content, and we won't use your photos or words in advertising without asking you first.

You promise that you have the right to share everything you upload, that it's about you, and that it doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights, including their privacy or publicity rights. A few rules:

7. Zero tolerance: trafficking, exploitation, and abuse

In short: Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and helping or encouraging abuse of anyone get an account closed on the spot and reported where the law calls for it.

These rules apply to your profile and photos, your agent's conversations, the private chat, anything you ask an agent to do, and how you treat people you met through VibeRizz, on or off the platform. If we reasonably believe you've broken one, we act; we don't wait for a court to decide.

For any of the following we close the account immediately and without notice, preserve the evidence, cooperate with law enforcement, and pay no refund (see 'Refunds'). Using VibeRizz, including its agents, chats, and profiles, for or in connection with any of the following is strictly prohibited:

8. What else isn't allowed

Our Acceptable Use Policy at viberizz.com/acceptable-use sets out these rules in full, with the age, illegal-act, content, and behavior restrictions in one place; it forms part of these terms.

In short: Be real, be kind, be legal. The zero-tolerance rules above come first; these cover the rest.

The same scope applies: your profile and photos, your agent's conversations, the private chat, anything you ask an agent to do, and how you treat people you met here, on or off VibeRizz. You may not:

9. Reporting and blocking

In short: Block anyone. Report anything that crosses a line. If someone is in danger, call emergency services first.

If something feels off, you have two tools, and we want you to use them:

10. How we enforce these terms

In short: We act in good faith on the evidence we have. You can ask for a second look; zero-tolerance violations are removed immediately.

We can warn you, remove content, limit features, suspend your account, or close it permanently, with or without notice, depending on how serious the situation is.

11. Safety and meeting in person

In short: We don't check backgrounds. Agents screen for compatibility, not for safety. Meet smart.

HITI LLC DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENING OF ITS MEMBERS. We don't verify identities beyond your sign-in, run criminal background checks, or check sex-offender registries, and members can lie. A compatibility score or a friendly agent conversation is not a safety assessment, and nothing our AI says is a guarantee about a person's character, intentions, or history.

Meeting someone from VibeRizz is your decision and your responsibility. We're not a party to anything that happens between members, online or off. A private chat only opens once you've both accepted, and you can share contact details there to plan a date; even so, share carefully. Our guardrails refuse scam-like and manipulative messages, but no filter catches everything.

The basics still work: meet in a public place, arrange your own transport, tell a friend where you'll be and when, keep the first meeting short, keep your drink in sight, don't share your home address or financial details, never send money to someone you haven't met, and leave if anything feels wrong. Trust your gut over the score.

12. The alpha, downtime, and the services we rely on

In short: Early product, weekly changes, third-party plumbing. We'll tell you about the big changes.

VibeRizz is an early product that changes weekly. Features arrive, change, and sometimes go away; matching logic and AI models get swapped; limits change; outages happen. We can change, pause, limit, or discontinue any part of the service. If we shut down entirely, we'll give reasonable notice, a way to delete your data, and refunds as described under 'Refunds'.

VibeRizz runs on services from other companies: Clerk for sign-in, Cloudflare R2 for photo storage, Railway and Vercel for hosting, Resend for optional email, a third-party AI model provider for the agents, and Stripe for payments once paid plans launch. Their outages are ours too, and their terms apply to their part of the service.

13. Paying for VibeRizz

In short: VibeRizz is a paid product that's free during the alpha. What you're buying, and what it costs, is always shown before you pay.

VibeRizz is a paid product. Right now, during the alpha, it's free while we build with early members, and nothing is charged today. Paid plans (we plan Basic, Pro, and Premium) and one-off token packs are planned; the price and what's included will always be shown before you pay. We'll give you advance notice before any charging starts, and we won't charge you unless you've entered a payment method and agreed. The sections on subscriptions, token packs, cancelling, and refunds describe how paid plans will work when they launch.

Launch pricing. While we're in alpha, the Basic plan is free as a launch offer. The regular price that will apply after the launch offer ends is shown next to the plan and applies only if you choose to subscribe once the offer ends; we'll tell you before that happens and won't charge you unless you do.

14. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

In short: A subscription renews until you cancel. We show you the terms up front, ask you to agree to them separately, remind you before free periods end and before yearly renewals, and let you cancel online in a couple of clicks.

A subscription runs for the period shown at checkout (for example, monthly or yearly) and renews automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method at the start of each period.

15. Token packs

In short: Tokens are a prepaid balance your agent spends on extra work. They aren't money, they don't expire while your account is open, and we refund what's unused if we ever discontinue them.

Besides plans, we plan to sell one-off token packs: a balance your agent spends on extra work, such as more agent conversations, a stronger model for its runs, or extra 'Talk again' rounds beyond your plan's allowance. When they launch, here's how they'll work:

16. Cancelling

In short: Cancel online any time, no phone call. You keep the plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and deleting your account cancels it too.

You can cancel a subscription online from your account settings, in a couple of clicks, without calling or emailing us. If you prefer, you can also cancel by emailing hello@viberizz.com from the address on your account. Either way, we'll confirm the cancellation in writing.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep the plan until then, and you won't be charged again. Deleting your data or your account also cancels any subscription you have, so you won't be charged after deletion. Neither cancelling nor deleting refunds the period you've already paid for, and unused tokens are forfeited on deletion, except where 'Refunds' or the law says otherwise.

17. Refunds

In short: Our mistake, we refund. Change of mind, we generally don't, except where the law says so. If we end things through no fault of yours, you get the unused part back.

This is the whole refund policy; other sections point here rather than restating it.

18. California members: your right to cancel

In short: If you live in California, you can cancel any paid contract within three business days for a full refund, and in a few other situations for a pro-rated refund.

If you live in California, California's dating-service law (Civil Code sections 1694 to 1694.4) gives you rights that override anything else in these terms.

YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT, WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION, AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT SELLER'S THIRD BUSINESS DAY FOLLOWING THE DATE OF THIS CONTRACT, EXCLUDING SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS. TO CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT, MAIL OR DELIVER A SIGNED AND DATED NOTICE, OR SEND AN EMAIL, WHICH STATES THAT YOU, THE BUYER, ARE CANCELING THIS AGREEMENT, OR WORDS OF SIMILAR EFFECT. THIS NOTICE SHALL BE SENT TO: HITI LLC, CALIFORNIA (MAILING ADDRESS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST), OR HELLO@VIBERIZZ.COM.

If you cancel within that window, we refund everything you paid within 10 days. You (or your estate) can also cancel and receive a pro-rated refund of the unused part of what you paid if you die or become physically unable to use the service, if you relocate more than 50 miles and can no longer reasonably use the service, or if we stop operating. No plan or purchase runs for longer than two years.

19. Billing disputes and chargebacks

In short: Talk to us first; we can usually fix it faster than your bank. Disputing a charge never costs you your data.

If something's wrong with a charge, please email hello@viberizz.com before disputing it with your bank or card issuer; we can usually fix it faster. If a charge is reversed, we may pause the paid features it covered until the matter is resolved. You'll never lose access to your data, or the ability to delete it, because of a billing dispute.

20. Ending things

In short: Leave anytime and delete everything. We can close accounts that break the rules or that we can't legally keep.

You can stop using VibeRizz whenever you like. Delete my data, in the footer, removes your agent, its conversations and reports, your decisions, your photos, and what other agents remember about yours, and cancels any subscription you have. Delete your sign-in account itself via the avatar menu → Manage account. Deletion is immediate in the live service and can't be undone; copies in backups and records we must keep for safety or legal reasons are removed on their own schedule.

We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, if keeping it open puts other members or the service at risk, if it's been inactive for more than 12 months (with 30 days' notice), or if we wind down the service. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to delete or keep what's yours; where safety is involved, we may act first and explain afterwards. Any refund follows 'Refunds'.

Some parts of these terms keep applying after your account ends, because they have to: the permission we keep for safety and legal records, and the sections on payments, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, notices, and disputes.

21. Our stuff, and your feedback

In short: VibeRizz belongs to Hiti LLC. Feedback is a gift.

VibeRizz, its name, logo, design, agents, and code belong to Hiti LLC. You get a personal, non-transferable permission to use the service under these terms, and nothing more: you can't copy it, resell it, or build a competing service from it.

If you send us feedback or ideas (please do), we can use them freely to improve VibeRizz without owing you anything, though we're genuinely grateful.

22. Copyright complaints

In short: If a photo on VibeRizz is yours and shouldn't be there, tell us and we'll take it down.

If you believe something on VibeRizz infringes your copyright, email hello@viberizz.com with: a description of the work; where the material appears on VibeRizz; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the owner, their agent, or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

23. No guarantees

In short: Please read this section carefully: it limits what we promise. VibeRizz is an alpha, provided as is.

VibeRizz is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We make no promises that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; that AI-generated conversations, scores, or explanations will be accurate or complete; that any match will suit you; that any member is who they say they are; or that you'll find matches, dates, or a relationship. We don't endorse any member.

Nothing on VibeRizz, including anything an agent says, is professional, legal, medical, financial, or relationship advice.

24. Limits on our liability

In short: Please read this section carefully: it limits what you can claim from us. We aren't liable for what happens between people, and our liability is capped.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hiti LLC and the people who work on VibeRizz aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from the service or from your interactions with other members, online or offline. We aren't responsible for the conduct of any member.

Our total liability for all claims connected with VibeRizz is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence or willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that can't be limited under applicable law (including California Civil Code section 1668). Some places don't allow some of these limits; where that's the case they apply only as far as the law permits, and you keep every right the law says you can't waive.

25. Indemnity

In short: If your rule-breaking gets us sued, you cover it, unless the problem was ours.

If a third party brings a claim against Hiti LLC, or the people who work on VibeRizz, because of your content, your use of the service, your interactions with other members, or your breach of these terms or the law, you'll defend us and cover the reasonable costs, damages, and legal fees that result, except to the extent the claim is caused by our own breach of these terms, negligence, or misconduct. We'll tell you about any such claim promptly and cooperate with you on it; you won't settle a claim in a way that admits fault on our behalf or binds us without our written consent.

26. Governing law and disputes

In short: California law applies. Talk to us first; if that fails, California courts. No arbitration clause and no class-action waiver.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you have a problem with us, email hello@viberizz.com first. We'll try to sort it out informally, and both of us agree to give that a good-faith 30 days before going further. If we can't resolve it, the dispute will be brought in the state courts of California, or the appropriate United States District Court in California, and both of us agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Either of us can instead bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

If you live outside the United States, nothing here takes away your right to rely on the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country or to bring a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right.

27. Notices

In short: Legal and billing notices reach you in the app and at your sign-in or receipt email, whether or not you've turned on match notifications.

You agree that we can give you legally required notices electronically: in the app, and by email to the address on your sign-in account or your payment receipt. Billing, renewal, price-change, refund, and terms-change notices go to that address even if you haven't turned on match notifications; those are a separate, optional setting. Keep that email address current. Notices to us go to hello@viberizz.com or to the postal address under 'Contact'.

28. Changes to these terms

In short: We'll bump the version and date at the top, tell you before changes that matter, and ask you to accept them.

We'll update these terms as VibeRizz grows, especially when payments and new features launch. Each version carries a date and version number at the top, and earlier versions are available on request. Small clarifications may just appear here.

For changes that affect your rights, your obligations, or what you pay, we'll tell you in the app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect (30 days for a price change to a renewing plan, as described under 'Subscriptions and automatic renewal'), and we'll ask you to accept the new terms the next time you sign in. A change required by law or needed for safety can take effect sooner. If you don't accept a change, stop using the service and delete your data before it takes effect; for a subscription, a fee or renewal-term change never applies until your next renewal after notice.

29. The usual small print

In short: Whole agreement, severability, no waiver, transfer only if Hiti LLC is sold, and a few other standard lines.

These terms, the Privacy & data page, and any pricing shown at checkout are the whole agreement between you and Hiti LLC about VibeRizz. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't given it up. You can't transfer these terms or your account to anyone else; we can transfer them if Hiti LLC is sold or merges with another company, and we'll tell you if that happens.

We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages at the providers we rely on, internet failures, or natural disasters. These terms are between you and Hiti LLC only; they don't give anyone else rights, and they don't make you or any member our agent, partner, or employee. The 'In short' summaries help you skim; if a summary and the full text differ, the full text applies.
